Shipping Information

All items are shipped directly to you, the customer, from our store in Bluffton, South Carolina. You can be assured that our dedicated team of sales associates will take the utmost care in processing your request.

Please allow 2 business days for processing and 5-7 days for standard UPS mailing. Should you wish to have your order mailed by expedited service, we will gladly overnight mail your package for the additional fee.

Return Policy:
The Curtain Calls collection was developed to meet the highest standards in customer satisfaction. Our materials are 100% guaranteed against defect. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we will gladly exchange the material or offer a store credit. Simply post your return within 10 business days and let us know which action you would like to pursue. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise and send back. You can also make returns in person to our store in Bluffton, also within 10 business days from the day of shipping.
